• NY Disclaimer: The state of New York requires asbestos samples that are held together with organic binders (i.e. adhesives, mastics, and floor tiles) to be prepped using a process that adds an additional 8 hours to the analysis. Due to this any samples of this type will be reported by noon the following business day. Per New York state guidelines all loose fill attic or bulk vermiculite are designated and treated as asbestos containing material. No approved analytical method is allowed and results will state that the sample is considered asbestos containing.
